Matilda

A vintage school bus, transformed into a cozy space that invites you to settle in and stay close.

Matilda has been carefully transformed into a compact, fully functional space—cozy in size, but complete in all the ways that matter. With a queen bed, full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen, it’s designed for one or two guests who want to settle in without needing much more.

Large south-facing windows bring in natural light and open views toward the prairie, while handcrafted details throughout the space reveal themselves the longer you stay.

Everything here is intentional—simple, comfortable, and just a little unexpected. Small in size. Easy to settle into.
