The Schoolhouse

A historic space, thoughtfully reimagined for gathering, rest, and slower days.

Originally built in 1891—on a school site dating back to 1869—the Schoolhouse served its community for nearly a century before beginning its next chapters as a community gathering place, a polling location, a home, and now a carefully restored stay.

At just over 1,100 square feet, the space is not large—but it’s been designed to make the most of every inch. With three bedrooms, each with its own queen bed, and two full bathrooms, it offers a balance of shared space and private corners, making it well-suited for families or small groups.

The main level includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living space for gathering. Two loft-style bedrooms and one main-floor bedroom provide flexible sleeping arrangements, with layouts that reflect the character of the original structure.
